AI Prototype
Worker and leader pathways with emotional sensing, adaptive coaching, and real-time tone adjustment
An AI-powered return-to-work engine for Victorian workers.
An ethical AI-powered platform supporting mentally injured employees and the leaders guiding their return to work.
Co-designed by psychologists and AI researchers. Grounded in clinical best practice, regulatory standards, and each organisation's own RTW policies.
WHY THIS PALETTE? Yellow leads because it is the universal colour of safety and working life — hardwired into high-vis, caution signals, and workplace identity. Navy anchors the tech and AI dimensions. Orange carries the Opposite brand through. Terracotta replaces clinical red with something warmer, more human. Inspired by Warm Autumn Glow (Coolors).
Users interact via avatar, text-based chat, or guided buttons — ensuring accessibility across literacy and psychological readiness levels.
Strategic dashboards, predictive alerts, and automated summaries reduce admin burden and enable timely, empathic interventions.
Expert-curated clinical content, regulatory standards, and organisation-specific policies structured for AI delivery.
Realistic RTW scenarios co-developed with psychologists. Workers and managers can rehearse difficult conversations safely.
User modules model real workplace environments. Graded exposure activities help returning workers build confidence progressively.
Ethics approvals via Murdoch University. Defined escalation protocols for AI-human handoffs. Data anonymisation throughout.

Research, content, and domain expertise enter the system via structured inputs from the team.
Claude synthesises inputs, structures knowledge, and generates draft outputs across all formats.
Deliverables flow to Miro, Canva, Gamma, and the SmartRTW platform for stakeholder use.
Human review, quality assurance, and iteration feed back into the system. Continuous improvement.
Leads external stakeholder engagement. Owns project launch and outward delivery.
Grabs all the parts required to build the engine. Puts together the building blocks for the internal system — manages comms, workflow, structure, team alignment and hours versus outputs.
Templates across Canva, Miro, Gamma. Visual consistency and scalability.
Deep research. Feeds structured insights into the AI system.
Builds website and digital front-end using the SmartRTW brand.
Harvests project content. Designs Stakeholder, Communications and Ethics plans. Feeds structured content to AI.
